Communications Measurement: The Road to Barcelona and Beyond

Join us for the October PD luncheon with Fraser Likely, APR, Fellow CPRS.
In June 2010, 200 PR professionals from around the world met at the International Association of Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC)Summit in Barcelona. The purpose was to move the industry in a unified direction in the area of communication measurement and evaluation.
Join Fraser Likely APR, Fellow CPRS, President of Likely Communication Strategies and member of AMEC as he presents the evolution of communications measurement over the past 20 years, the current status on what's possible to measure and what still needs to be developed before a comprehensive performance measurement program can be planned and implemented by a communications manager. Mr. Likely, who has served for the last ten years on the Institute for Public Relations' International Commission on PR Measurement and Evaluation, will cover measurement of internal communications, external communications and social media in this timely presentation.
